Tyner Runs Past Loudon, Will Face Red Bank In Region Semifinals

The Tyner Rams a big second and third quarter to race past visiting Loudon Saturday night in region quarterfinal play.   Tyner out scored Loudon 23-10 in the second quarter and 23-14 in the third and went on to a 76-47 win.

Tyner hit 11 three pointers including four each by Javon Craddock and Micheal Little.   Solomon Bridgeman led all scorers with 19 including 10 in the third quarter run.  Little had eight of his 14 points in the second quarter. 

Tyner was 9-14 from the free throw line.   

The Rams advance to the region semifinals and will play Red Bank on Tuesday at Red Bank.  

Red Bank earned a 79-74 win over McMinn Central in their region quarterfinal on Saturday.

In a road high school boys' lacrosse game, the Soddy Daisy Trojans shutout the Roane County Knights 25-0 in Rockwood, Tennessee on Saturday.
